Returns and refunds

Every product on Get Dashboard Templates is a digital file delivered in full at the moment of purchase. All sales are final. This page explains why that is fair, and what we do if a file is ever faulty.

All sales are final

Each template sold here is a single self-contained HTML file. The moment your payment clears, the clean, watermark free source is released to you and is yours to copy and download. Because a digital file is delivered in full and cannot be given back once it has been sent, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind or a duplicate purchase. Prices are in US dollars, and every sale is a one time payment of $6.99 per template.

Why the policy works this way

Two things make a final sale fair on this store, and they are the reason we can keep the price this low.

You evaluate the real product before you pay. Every template runs as a live, interactive preview of the exact file you are buying. You can open every tab, chart, and table, on a desktop or on a phone, before you spend anything. What you see running in the preview is the file you receive, with the watermark removed. Nothing about the purchase is a guess.

You keep what you buy for life. A purchase licenses the clean source file to you permanently. There is no subscription, no expiry, and no recurring charge. Once the file is yours, you can edit it, reuse it across projects, and keep it for as long as you like. You are not renting access that can be taken away, so there is nothing to give back.

Taken together, you try the product in full and then own it outright. That is the opposite of a blind purchase, so a final sale policy asks nothing of you that you could not check in advance.

If a file is faulty or not as described

A final sale does not mean we ignore a genuine problem. If the file you download is corrupted, will not open, or does not match what its product page and live preview showed, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair or replace it at no cost. If we cannot make it right, we will refund that purchase in full. This covers real defects in the delivered file. It does not cover a change of mind, or a decision that a template is no longer needed.

Delivery and access

Delivery is instant and happens in your browser. Your purchase unlocks the one dashboard you were viewing at checkout: once payment clears, the clean file replaces the watermarked preview in place, ready to copy or download. If a download does not finish, or you lose access to a file you have paid for, contact us and we will restore it at no charge.

How to reach us

For any issue with a purchase, reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt, or use the contact link in that confirmation email. Please include the template name and the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly. We answer every message about a defective or missing file.
